One Visit Endodontic with Internal Bleaching on Tooth 12 Post Trauma: A Case Report

Introduction: Post-traumatic non-vital teeth is one of the indications for One Visit Endodontic. Trauma to may arise from conditions that cause become necrotic so will look darker and experience discoloration. Clinical indicate death dental pulp require endodontic treatment. This situation discoloration occur as a result metamorphosis calcified pulp. Internal whitening treatment can be done after first Purpose: To provide information about discolored management trauma which causes necrosis by doing root canal internal bleaching change tooth color. Case: A 31-year-old woman came RSKGMP Universitas Airlangga with referral orthodontics department where her were in color interfered appearance. In previous history, patient had an accident 10 years ago. Case Management: The step access opening good glide path. Root preparation was performed using Crown Down Pressureless technique. obturation technique used Single Cone. results there no symptoms during control. Conclusion: visit option post-traumatic teeth. Walking Bleach Technique also proven effective restoring original without excessive reduction crown.
